Very warm. I bought this for an event I was going to and I wore it off one shoulder instead of just off shoulder. Overall the elastic has a good hold if you wear the item correctly. You do have to wear a strapless bra underneath (which can be tricky) but overall I love it and can’t wait to wear it with different outfits. The only thing is you will have to adjust the fold over when you move around or lift your arms, but I think that’s a given for any type of off shoulder.
