    I could have sized down

    I’m a US small/ US 4 and typically have to size up on this site. I bought a size M as suggested by the size guide and it fits a little loose. It doesn’t look bad but it could fit me more snug for the right effect. It takes away from my shape just a bit since the tassels are also there. It looks a bit square on me because it’s not as tight. I have a smaller bust with larger thighs. I have an athletic build. It’s a pretty dress for a garden wedding or summer event.
