This dress is really cute and the fabric is buttery soft! It does have some stretch which is great. I’m 5’4 and it’s not too too long on me so it’s perfect. I have a 27.5 inch waist and I got a size small and it’s a great fit. I personally need to wear a bra with all dresses even though my girls are smaller, just so they have a nice shape, and I highly recommend a lace Balconette style bra as it will suit the dress well to wear underneath.
